That's really interesting :) I think, for me, spaces that are liminal are also those uninteresting mundane spaces, but there's a strong melancholic feeling that comes with it that I think is so beautiful. I also watched a video essay about the kind of liminal artwork that is background images for toy packaging (i.e. Lego or similar). Liminal spaces are places that feel realistic and nostalgic, but also somewhat eerie and off-putting, I don't think that it inherently has to be a room with nothing in. It's a space that feels strangely calm, and a glimpse at a world in which is surreal and most of us ignore. That's just my interpretation :)

I think these images don't necessarily depict literal liminal spaces, but instead captures the feeling associated
